Resetting Your Piqo Connection to Nextbase App

⚠️ Before You Start

  • These steps will delete all files from the Downloads section of the app (SD card files will not be affected).

  • Keep your Dash Cam plugged into mains power throughout the process.


🎥 Steps for Dash Cam

  1. Make sure your camera is plugged into a power supply.

  2. Press and hold the button on the Piqo for 10 seconds.

  3. The device will reset to default settings. The LED ring will briefly flash yellow, then return to red.


📱 Steps for Phone

  1. Open your phone’s Settings and go to Connections → Bluetooth

    💡Tip: (On some Android phones, go straight to Bluetooth.)

  2. Find your Nextbase Dash Cam in the paired devices list.

  3. Press and hold it, then select Unpair device.

  4. Uninstall the Nextbase App.

  5. Restart your phone.

  6. Reinstall the Nextbase App from the Play Store or App Store.

 

🔄 After Reset

Your Dash Cam is now restored to factory settings.
Follow the first-time setup process again, making sure to allow all permissions requested by the app.
