Dash Cam Alerts
Your Dash Cam will let you know if there’s a problem with your SD card or recording.
Types of Alerts
The camera may announce:
“Please insert a Nextbase class 10 SD card.” → No card is detected.
“Card Error, please format the SD card.” → The card may be faulty, not working correctly, or incompatible with your Dash Cam.
Language Support
Alerts are made in the language set in the Nextbase app.
Supported languages include:

💡 Tip
If you hear one of these alerts:
Check that your SD card is inserted correctly.
Try reformatting the card in the Dash Cam.
Ensure you are using an SD card that meets the minimum requirements for your Dash Cam.
Replace the SD card if errors persist.
