Do you have the correct app installed?
First confirm that you have the correct app installed on your Dash Cam. We have 3 mobile apps in total, MyNextbase Connect, Cam Viewer and DriveGuard. If you have the wrong app for your model of camera, you won't be able to connect. Take a look at the list of Dash Cam models below to make sure you have the correct app installed.
